As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our leadership team, managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Your role is critical in helping executives stay organized and focused on strategic goals.

• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Support administrative tasks for the executive team.

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Onsite position
