Your Role

As Chief of Staff, you will support our Founder in strategy, operations, and decision-making to drive the company forward.

Responsibilities

Work closely with leadership on company strategy and key projects
Streamline internal processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
Provide insights based on data and analytics
Manage executive communications and special projects
Creation and management of convertible loan agreements

Requirements

3+ years experience in startups or business development
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Fluent in German and English
Onsite position
