Your Role
As a Werkstudent in Operations Management, you will assist in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting business operations in a dynamic gaming startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in process optimization and workflow improvements
- Support project coordination and cross-functional team collaboration
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
- Help document and improve internal procedures
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Interest in business operations, startups, and process management
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Self-driven
- Onsite position
- Part-time or full-time during the holidays
